The Harrisons lived in this terrace home in 25 Upton Green from 1950-1962. They moved right as the Beatles were starting to gain stardom and success. This is a special place, located in a cul-de-sac residential neighborhood in Speke, just around 20 minutes ride from Liverpool. 😀

The space

🛌 Historic Bedrooms

Walk and stay in George’s bedroom, where he first heard himself and the band on the radio! There’s a comfortable double bed and a large closet.

His sister’s bedroom features a single bed and a small closet, while his parent’s bedroom is larger with another double bed. All of them are waiting for you with with quality linens.

🛀 Clean Bathroom

The bathtub is original from when George lived in the house! We’ve only added a shower for your utmost comfort and stocked it with all essential, such as starter pack of toiletries and white fluffy towels.

📺 Cosy Living Area

The living room features a guitar, plush furnishings and tasteful decor, creating a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. Kick back on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV. The TV doesn’t have regular channels, but Amazon Fire Stick that you can use to watch Netflix etc.

🍳 Well-equipped Kitchen

The well-appointed kitchen in the house features appliances and ample storage space. Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick meals, our kitchen caters to all your needs. There will be also some basic cleaning supplies and bin bags to get you started.

Other things to note

✅ We do provide a left handed acoustic guitar for any lefties out there. This can be located in the wardrobe in George’s Bedroom.

✅ Safety and security is paramount, so after completing your booking we will ask for some basic information for screening and verification purposes.

✅ Please do look after our home as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys.

✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay. We hope you love visiting Liverpool as much as we love it too!

***IMPORTANT***

Fab 4 Taxi Tours, who are the Liverpool Beatles Tours specialists, currently have our historic home as one of the very important stops on their route after Lennon’s home and McCartney’s former house. This means that on some Wednesdays, a group of no more than 6 people will visit the ground floor of the property for about 20 minutes in between 1pm and 3pm.

If one of your booked days would fall on a Wednesday and you’re not comfortable with the above or require more information – please contact us and we’ll have it sorted. Should the group not go inside, don’t be surprised in case you see them at least taking pictures of the house from the outside!
