Our comfortable, spacious apartment is in a very convenient location just a 10 minute drive from the City Centre and is the perfect base for experiencing all that the city of Leeds has to offer. It is ideal for up to four guests.

The apartment boasts two bright bedrooms featuring comfortable double beds for you to sink into after a long days sightseeing. There is a spacious wardrobe to unpack your clothes to really feel home from home.

Modern Bathrooms:

There are two bright, modern and clean bathrooms with a large bath which is ideal for running yourself a relaxing bubble bath after a long day, there is also a bath with overhead shower downstairs. The bathrooms are stocked with all essential toiletries. Towels are also provided.

Sociable Living Area:

The apartment has a comfortable living area which is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofas watching your favourite shows on the extra large Smart TV or enjoying a meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a separate dining area.

Please note that we only provide a starter pack of consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning products) upon arrival.

The super fast fibre broadband in the apartment is ideal for streaming your favourite films or if you need to do business from the apartment.

Parking:

There is a designated parking space at the rear of the property. Please park in the first space on the left hand side of the car park entrance.

The apartment is great even for longer stays as iron and ironing board and kitchen equipment are all available and full laundry facilities are also on-site.

– The property is to be left as it was when you arrived. Leaving extremely dirty or messy will incur an additional cleaning fee.

– Lost keys and damaged items by guests in the property will be charged with the corresponding amount.

– We are not responsible for any lost guests’ items after check-out.

– We discourage sending parcels to the property. We do not hold liability for lost or undelivered packages.
